	The interior architect, the pool! friendly staff, good bar, lovely room. And of course an excellent location.

This hotel is in a fantastic location! You are in the heartbeat of the city, with everything you could hope to discover at your doorstep. It's delightful! Although the hotel has recently been renovated, I was not greatly impressed by the services. The reception staff were not particularly warm on arrival. There is a restaurant in the building, but it lacks ambience and they do not offer room service. The rooms are missing some of the key amenities such ironing boards, kettles, tea bags, coffee, minibar, sewing kit etc that could be expected at this price, but then if you're not spending a lot of time there, you would not miss these items. There is free internet connection, although the wi-fi connection is very slow. On a more positive note, the house cleaning team are lovely, and they do a great job at making your room up each day - impecciably clean! So, take it or leave it, the location is awesome but the services can be improved. Hopefully these will improve in time!
