The daily programme for SPA it's to short.

Valeo is great value for money. The location is perfect:a peacefull,little beach and many nice seaside restaurants are very close and even the city center and the garden are at a walking distance. Staff nice and helpfull with mainly good command of English. Rooms OK, view from Balcony great and breakfast better than we expected.

	Best things: Nice and not crowded beach close to the hotel, , spacious room, great view from the quiet balcony, helpfull staff. We liked the hotel and Balchik very much and will come back!
	Minor negative things: They couln't arrange the massage arvertised and the sky bar with whirpool was closed.

Very nice place, with a nice view of the harbor area and proximity to waterfront restaurants and sights.

	Staff courtesy and friendliness and room cleanliness and comfort.

very good value for money! pro-active staff

The overall rating is for the parking security - the crazy bulgarians have vandalized my car, scratching off the signs. Nice staff anyway, reasonable price (although a Swedish buffet in the morning would be nice), an invasion of ants on our balcony, plus a birds nest in the balcony lamp, the jacuzzi is not really working, so forget about it (also the internet was down the whole period). At least it was the cheapest room bar I ever seen, but again the whole country is and also looks accordingly ...

great vacation experience thanks to among other things this tranquil, family like place, the Valeo Hotel. Located 3-4 minutes slow walk from the beach, promenade, restaurants, etc. Valeo ofeered to us comfort, very nice view from our terrace and the top of the building inviting spa. Super nice people as well as generous and delicious breakfast. I/We highly recommend it.

The hotel is clean and nice, and very close to the sea (approx. 2 mins on foot). As improvement area i see the food (breakfast was scarce and food quality poor).

	I liked that it was clean and close to the beach, plus the personnel is nice and willing to help.

The breakfast was awful, I was even hungrier after eating it. The room had a sea view, but there was another building in front of us. But the room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff hardly speak English and your are charged extra if you pay by card.
