The city, Balcik, and the surrounds are very beautiful, it is a very chic city. In regard to the hotel services, cleanliness is not their strong point. At breakfast, coffee was great. The same could not be said about the food, but the view on the terrace was very pleasant. Parking is also a problem.

	The hotel is very well located, on the promenade.
	The services at reception desk could be improved.

it was under refurbishing ; bathroom without mirror ; shower witout cabin protection ; towels were not white ( it goes to gray ) bad .. very bad, sorry

A modeste one. The food at the breakfast was quite poor and flies were permanently present.

	The attitude of the staff was very friendly.
	It was a permanent unpleasant smell, due to the penetration of water in the walls. We have been located at the 4th level and an elevator is lacking.
