Ibis Amsterdam Airport

Good location, pick up at hotel shuttle area (A9) at airport very convenient.

	Location, had more than one restaurant in the hotel.
	Hotel cleaning staff noisy.

Not much communication with staff about important informations (shuttle, etc..)

Well I have the problem with my reservation about the payment of it, im checking right know because my reservation was paid by internet , but the people of the counter required the payment of the reservation. how can i check this situation my room was the 2509 and i was at the hotel the 14 and 15 of october under the name of Juan Carlos Salinas Alvarez, right know im checking my accounts to received the confirmation of the payment, greetins

Very fine hotel with nice people. I was only there for the night because I came in late and had an early flight.

This hotel completely met my expectations. staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is very convenient for the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport was somewhat crowded, this I imagine is due to the success of the hotel itself.

	Convenient location, helpful staff, restaurant facilities and value for money.
	Smallish room.

The hotel in general is fine although it is far from the airport. The shuttle service is a problem though if you arrive late. We arrived at about 22:30 and had to waite for an hour to get onto the shuttle. It was also over crowded due to all the people arriving at that time

good, for everything it is a good arrangement and good connections to airport and center.

Very convenient as a transit if you are flying out of Schiphol

It was a very American type hotel. Very basic. It was close to the airport which was our reason for choosing this hotel. Staff was very friendly but check-in lines were very long. Hotel was clean and restaurants were not over priced.
