The hotel lied to us about the shuttle. We called and were told we would definately be picked up at the airport by their FREE shuttle even though we were arriving at 11pm. We were left stranded at the airport and the hotel did not answer their phone. When we finally took a cab (who had never heard of them) we were greeted by and empty front desk and locked doors. Then someone poked a head out of an upstairs window and would not let my husband in, I had to come around from the cab and get them to open up, only after they looked for us in their reservations. Finally, they have a very steep staircase to the rooms and no help with bags. The room was clean. The door slams because they have no stop on the top of it and this was a shock the first time you enter. The breakfast was NOT included and really terrible. Then I prepaid for the room and they made me pay again! I am working with Expedia and my bank to get this resolved. THEY ARE AMATUERS! We will not be staying there again.

Rather dissapointing after a long trip. Had a very noisy night with loud conversations in the lane at the back of the hotel, and the adjoining business loading a unloading crates until the early hours of the morning. It was a hot night and the fan was inadeqate. Perhaps the kind of sevice and acommodation we received is common for three star hotels in Holland - don't know. Must say that we did expect a bit more from reading the internet site.

The dinner and menu were absolutely amazing - excellent

Service for travellers was poor - no porters to help carry heavy bags upstairs. Could not order coffee on arrival - so called bar times seen to be limited. No alternative coffee and/or refreshments in the room either - very, very basic.
