The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. I can´t believe it is impossible for you to supply an iron and an ironing board to guests who request them! Who sends out clothes to be ironed any more? I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, but saw what was offered and it was not abundant or appealing. The dining room is in very poor condition--stained wallpaper, flooring in poor shape. When showering, the hot water changed temperature several times in the space of a few minutes: hotter, then colder, then hotter. My bathroom sink leaked all around the base of the faucet. On the positive side, the pool was very nice, and the catering service was very good, as well.
I am glad I payed a discounted rate for the hotel room--51 euros--because otherwise I would have felt I paid too much for the minimal level of comfort provided.
