Quite good, good position to visit Athens City, as we had to stay only one night before leaving for islands, and we could visit archeologicals sites without losing time to reach them.

Hotel is with a great location; unfortunatly we had people very noise next door and we report that to the front desk. Wake up call service is very poor.
We visit all Istambul and we enjoy our stay there.
The attitute of the people at the Front Desk and the Manager regarding the problems that we had. (Noise people, no wake up call service, he wait more than a 90 minutes at the airport to be picked up.

Old but good hotel
The location, the staff
I think they could have put a lock in the 4th floor door (family apartment)isolating it from the stairs. Each room had a key which was good

Very good location, really nice staff. The Hotel is quite old and needs some repairs, but very clean
The elevater is old and a little bit scaring

Good price for a family of five (3 full rate children and parents). Friendly and helpfull staff. Clean rooms. One small problem: the balcony door could not be closed nor locked (bad for safety and bad for keeping out heat). I informed the staff but nobody fixed it. |
