H10 Conquistador

Dirty, Lack of cleanliness, Lack of Leisure/games of interest Noisey at night - could hear the band from our room. Advertised as different entertainment every night but we failed to see this as the hotel tended to play the same music every night. The service in the restaurant was very poor - didn't have anyone to escort us to a table. The only thing we liked about the Hotel was that it was central to the town of Playa de las Américas.

Very rich breakfast and dinner, good for families with kids because of heated pool, fantastic shows every night

Hotel is in a great position. It is clean, comfortable and the food is both plentiful, varied and really nice! Entertainment was good too. We enjoyed a nice, relaxing holiday.

	Room with pool view was excellent and standard of cleanliness was first class. thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again
	Not really, but should enforce the rule about reserving sunbeds a little more rigidly. Being woken up at 7am by the sound of sunbeds being shuffled about isn't great!

Location was very good, food was good, and the surroundings in all the common areas are beatiful and very nice.
