Best Western Hotel Haarhuis

Is stayed a t the hotel. It had good location.

I booked online. However I did ring the hotel to see waht price they would offer me. There was no mention of construction going on at all. Even though I did pay less, I was shocked at the quality of the hotel. The sheets of my first room were spotless if not new. Howver the walls were stained with tea or coffee and god knows what else, it was a disgrace. The room i changed to was a little better but not much. I am an event manager for an international company and have never seen such low standard for a 4star hotel. I feel like writing a letter, it should be revoked.

	no warning of massive construction. the below average state of the rooms. the reception was in the restuarant. no modernisation. overloaded sockets. vending machine not working..

Hasn't changed that much after my last visit 3 years ago. Have always loved the services accoorded visitors.

	Almost everything was okay.
