Armagh City Hotel

Very comfortable hotel.Good food. Staff were all very helpful. Useful venue for conference etc.

	We loved the night before the M.U. meeting as we were able to relax and enjoy the lovely meal in the restaurant as there were only four in our group. We would like to have stayed longer than one night.

The room I was allocated was at the front of the hotel during the evening it became very noisy due to smokers from a function congrgaring outside the front door. Their behaviour and bad language was appalling. I complained to the reception and was offered a room change to a quieter room. This was very inconvieniant as my child had to be got out of bed to move. The swimming pool was also unavailable all week end we were not offered an explanation which was very disapointing. I was also overcharged for breakfast when I checked out and the receptionist offered no appology.

great place to stay we will be back!!! The food was lovely and it wasn't expensive, we all stayed at the hotel a few yars ago and wern't that impressed so we were a bit nervous going back, but when we got there WOW the rooms were lovely the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast the next day was something to talk about. Thanks for a great stay... complements to the staff and managers maids chefs etc

The Reception staff were efficient and friendly, as were the staff at the self-service food bar in the foyer.

	The cooked breakfast was awful; greasy, poor quality ingredients. There was a lot of noise and disturbance from people leaving the hotel nightclub, with the PSNI in attendance. Not a pleasant experience for a hotel which accommodates so many families.cceb

The hotel is very good, resturant is maybe slighlty over priced but the quality of food and service is very good. The quality of the bar meals arn't quite as up to the same standard as the resturant. Rooms and general decor are done to a very high standard, I have clients in Armagh and have stayed here quite a few times now and have no problem using this hotel for the area.
