We enjoyed our 'one night-stay' in your hotel. Although we were only a short time in our room we can say: it is beautyfull.

The bathroom: the waterstop in the bath hadn't a chain, so it was almost impossible to remove it and let the water flow away. However we did report this and the told us to repair it immediately. Leaving the room indicates turning off the lights. My husband left the room for a walk and the light had been turnd off! |

Breakfast and food were good. Also the swimmingpool and the fitnessfacilities. |

It was to busy; to many people and not enough working people. We had to wait very long fot our drinks and food, the written menu was not right (several meals were not available), the staff was so busy that they didn't have any time to talk to you. We missed information, for example: the openingtimes of the swimmingpool, the Dutch manuals on the fitness tools, tourist information (what can you do/see in Apeldoorn) . |
