Nice hotel, nice staff, great breakfast

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights. Rooms were good, clean, neat and tidy, plenty of hot water and tea and coffee facilities were very welcome. The breakfast and bar area were abit inpersonal so better to go out. This would put us off staying for any long period of time. Staff were excellent, friendly, very helpful and efficient and one of the reasons why we would choose this hotel again for a short stop over.

	The staff were excellent and made our stay a happy one and stress free.
	It would have been nice to have had a better relaxing social area. Would recommend the hotel for a short stay.

The hotel was lovely and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful although the breakfast service area was a bit tight and the toast machine is not much use. I would suggest that as a matter of course you put 2 pillows per person in each room.

good value for money hotel factory outlet is in walking distance breakfast area was at our visit too busy which resulted in long waiting time to get your breakfast together

room and staff very good. very clean. Location is a bit out of the way for comuting if you don't have transport but it is situated next to 3 excellent restaurants and a good shopping arcade.

	the atmosphere was good and it was very very clean and friendly
	i was disappointed as we requested a smoking room and when we arrived we were told it was a non smoking hotel which i think is a bit of bad advertising. also i think it is a cheek to sell cigarettes in the lobby when you are not allowed to smoke. Also I didn't enjoy my breakfast as it was very very greasy so only had breakfast 1 morning out of 5.
