We like the location, even though we don't think that it worth the price!
The location was great, very near to museums and pubs/restaurants.
Even if the room was great, it was at -1 floor! The window can be opened only with a key (in the reception) - we want open air in the room also beacause there was smell of stagnant water in the bathroom

Very nice hotel - shiny and modern. Even the room in the ground floor, heading to the street, was absolutely quiet. And the bathroom offered a fully functioned jacuzzi! The staff was competent and real friendly.
The very good location of this hotel - central but real quiet - is really stunning. The japanese garden will deliver total relaxation - it will be ready in a few weeks time.
Maybe the hotel will serve some "german" bread for breakfast as well. Tell the reservation desk very early if you want to rent a bike directly from the hotel (unfortunately there are just 2). Please be careful in the bathroom - the floor might be really slippery when wet.

Great little hotel in a very central location especially when one visits Amsterdam for the first time. Room a bit small but lovely and very cozy..
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful... Coming from the hospitality industry myself this is always the first thing one picks up.
