Superb little hotel, best location, wonderful staff. The retaurant offered great food and our favourite wine a Marlborough Savi Blanc (NZ). We had to stay at the Intercontinental for business after the Jalta and it didn't rate in comparison. When we return to Prague we will definitely stay at th Jalta.
No clock/radio in the room.

Great hotel. Excellent location. Serviceminded front-desk, rest of the staff seems to be stressed, as they never said hello. All main attractions is within walking distance.

Excellent impression from the polite friendliness of reception to the room which was tasteful, modern and very comfortable. Thank you also for the bottle of champagne. I believe the reception expected a couple which was not indicated in the original booking.
Quick and receptive and very comfortable. I travel a lot and so the bed has to be really comfortable, the bathroom clean, modern and can use nice bath gel and bathrobe, plus access to WIFI although not so happy about having to pay (feel this is always a rip-off from telecoms companies!)

Location, staff service, breakfast and room cleaning is comfortable, but I think the room rate is reratively high in the same class of hotels.
Comfortable bed making
When I called room service office, nobody answered the telephone.

Stayed here for 2 nights on my stag weekend. very nice hotel, ideally situated, helpful staff. breakfast is a little limited but adequate. food ordered in the rather cool looking restaurant/bar in the evening is excellent, as is the beer. would certainly stay here again.
Felt very secure at the jalta, lifts only operated by keycard, 24 hour reception, room safes. also rooms nice and large and massive bed in the doubles. nice decor.
Nothing to moan about at this hotel.
