We are located in the town of Plaisance, not far away from the treasures of the Aveyron, and the Tarn.
Our hotel is open from April until mid-December. There is a natural multicultural feel about the place. The restaurant is open every evening, inviting you to savour a luxurious food experience. It offers a choice of menus at different prices as well as an a la carte meal in historic dining rooms or on the terraces when the weather conditions allow it. The menus change according to seasons, every 3 months.
All meals are freshly prepared. As this takes some time, we kindly ask that you reserve a table for the evening before 12:00.
