The basilica of St Mary and St Bartholomew (1 km) – This neo-romanesque church is Piekary Śląskie’s main tourist attraction. Work originally began on building it in 1842. It houses the painting of St. Mary of Piekary Śląskie, which people travel from many miles around to see.

Our hotel is approximately 15 km from Katowice, the international airport in Pyrzowice.
A taxi from the airport costs around 120 PLN.
We can also arrange a transfer from the airport by our own private taxi, for a cost of 100 PLN.
By Bus:
If you want to take public transport, you need to reach Katowice first and head towards Piekary with bus numbers 860, 168 or 5.
