I've been in the Scribe hotel twice and I find it well located, kind of clean for a French hotel, the staff is helpful but not as dedicated as one can expect. Some of the rooms are quite OK but others seem to be forgotten about.
The location, the bathrooms, the bell boys.
The staff of the reception are somehow stiff and quite often show an arrogant attitude.
