The resort’s architecture is a combination of the region’s cultures and histories, blending together aspects of Turkish, Roman, Byzantium, Ottoman, Seljukian and Greek architecture and design.

The resort complex has 17 separate swimming pools and an on-site water park with water slides.

Air conditioning is only available in July and August.

The hotel is able to arrange all kinds of tours around the local area, including yacht tours to Fethiye Bay and the Dodecanese, jeep adventure tours, sightseeing tours in air conditioned buses to ancient cities such as Kaunos, Dalyan, Xantos, Patara, Tloss, Pinara, Ephesus and Pamukkale. There are also daily tours to local villages in the region, trekking tours, rafting on the nearby Dalaman River, horse riding tours and tours in the canyons of the Valley of Butterflies.

Lykia World Residence offers accommodation that is ideal for singles or couples who are looking for luxury, comfort and relaxation.

The Residence offers a total of 265 large rooms.

There are 23 Deluxe Suites with a partial sea view or a pool view. Each deluxe suite has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi and one with a shower. Each suite has a terrace or a balcony.

There are 27 Connecting Family Rooms with a partial sea view. Connecting Family Rooms comprise 2 connected double rooms with a common main entrance and an inner door also connecting the 2 rooms. Family rooms have 2 bathrooms and balconies.

The Residence has 74 double rooms with a partial sea view. Double rooms are suitable for up to 3 guests.

Lykia World Village offers accommodation that is ideally suited to families. All the rooms in the Village have been recently renovated and are fully en-suite, equipped with liquid soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer. International direct dial telephone with voice mail, satellite TV with an information channel in English, an internet connection point are available. All accommodations offer a safe and either a balcony or terrace.

The full board accommodation rates include a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in one of the resort’s 3 main restaurants, which also feature daily themed buffets. Rates also include free table wine, beer, cola, yoghurt drink, soda, concentrated fruit juice and mineral water with lunches and dinners.

The resort’s 3 main restaurants are the main Village restaurant, the main Residence restaurant and the Marina restaurant. There are also two children’s restaurants: Lykia Children’s Restaurant and Children’s Paradise Restaurant. Alternatively the à la carte restaurant offer a themed menu which changes daily.
