The structure, located in the northeastern part of Nuremberg, has functioned as a hotel and restaurant since 1877 and was fully renovated in 2003 and 2006. Guestrooms in the 3-star hotel offer private bathrooms, satellite TV, and Internet access. In the immediate area of the hotel, guests can find an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, solarium and sauna, and avid joggers can burn calories while taking in the peaceful views of the Whörder Sea area, an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast is offered each morning for €7.50 per person and includes assorted teas, freshly brewed coffee, juice, fresh fruit, a variety of sausages, cheeses, yogurt, scrambled eggs and fresh pastries.
