By Car:
- At the junction of the A47 (Southern Bypass) and the A11, take the turning for the city centre (A11).
- Continue for approximately 3.2 km (2 miles) until you reach the outer ring road roundabout.
- Keep on the A11 for the city and take the 3rd junction on the left (Mount Pleasant). The hotel is signposted.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets, however Guide Dogs or Hearing Dogs for the Deaf are always welcome. We have a limited number of non-smoking rooms available. These are sold on a first come first served basis.
