Arrivals after 17:00 (local time) must be confirmed in advance. Late arrivals lock-box is located on the right of the reception desk in the Ram Sea lobby. To open, turn the knob gently to the right, remove the envelope with your name on it. Gently turn the knob to the left to lock the box. Hotel contact information will be furnished on your confirmation receipt, please contact the property for the current lock-box code; This code is necessary for ALL late arrivals check-in.

Dial 5515 from the lobby phone. When you reach the answering machine, leave your name and a brief message along with a telephone number where you can be reached, if you are in the lobby please state which building.

Cancellation Policy:	Please note, if modified, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 40.00 will be charged. If cancelled later, a fixed amount of USD 200.00 will be charged. In case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:	All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One further older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Deposit Policy:	A fixed amount of USD 300 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:	12 % Tax is not included. USD 1.00 service charge per room per night is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Meal Plan:	This hotel has no meal services.
Pets:	Pets are not allowed.
