The 4-star Sheraton München Westpark Hotel (formerly the ArabellaSheraton Westpark) is located just 500 metres from the world-famous Theresienwiese (the 420,000 square meter plot that hosts the annual Oktoberfest celebration). The city centre is also nearby, and sites like the Frauenkirche cathedral, the Glockenspiel, the Altes Rathaus and the St. Peterskirche are all just a short distance to the east (about 3 minutes by train). The Westpark with its cafes and beer gardens is within walking distance, and for those who arrive by car, the “Mittlerer Ring” (the roadway that circles the city) is close by. Each of the property’s 258 rooms (on 10 floors) is stylishly furnished and includes amenities like cable TV, in-room movies, air-conditioning, room service, direct dial telephones, data ports, and coffee/tea makers. Some guest rooms provide Internet connectivity and can be reserved ahead of time.
