The Thieresienweise, where the world-famous Oktoberfest is held each year, is just a few blocks to the south, and many of the city’s most-popular tourist attractions are within easy reach including the Deutohes Museum, the Frauenkirche cathedral, the Glockenspiel, the Marienplatz Square, the Altes Rathaus and the St. Peterskirche. The Hotel Cristal houses 100 guestrooms that are each outfitted with all the amenities that are offered by Best Western hotels. Guests can enjoy wine, cocktails and snacks in the hotel bar, and each morning the hotel staff offers a buffet breakfast that is included in the room rate and is served until 11 am. From the West: Take the A8 via Verdistraße and pass station into Schwanthalerstraße. We are located in the city centre, 100 metres from the main train station and close to all major sights.
From the South: Take the A95 via 'Harras' in the direction of the city centre. We are located in the city centre, 100 metres from the main train station and close to all major sights.
From the East: Take the A8 across the River Isar to Schwanthalerstraße. We are located in the city centre, 100 metres from the main train station and close to all major sights.
Public transport:
S-trains S1-8 and Underground U1/U2/U4/U5/U7/U8 stops for the "Hauptbahnhof" (central station). From there, proceed over the Goethestraße to the Schwanthalerstraße junction (5 minutes walking distance).
