Pescalis is situated in Moncoutant, less than an hour away from La Rochelle, the beaches of la Vendée and the Futuroscope park in Poitiers, and only twenty minutes from the medieval park at Puy de Fou.
The houses and apartments are situated around 200m form the nearest shops and approximately 500m from the lake.
Within the village of Moncoutant there is an indoor swimming pool, and a range of other facilities.
