ADI Hotel Doria Grand

ADI Doria Grand Hotel (4 stars) is located in the heart of the Milan business district, in a quiet tree-lined avenue with restricted traffic parallel to Corso Buenos Aires, one of the most important shopping streets in Europe, just 20 minutes from Linate airport and 45 minutes from Milan Malpensa.

The meeting area is made of 3 meeting rooms, 2 of which are adjoining through a removable partition; they are fitted out with modern equipments. In an open area, called the Archi Room, many events can be organised, such as press conferences, courses, gala dinners, ceremonies and banquets.

Sound-proofed and tastefully furnished with fabrics of well-balanced warm colours, each room has been designed with peace and comfort in mind. Elegant decor is complemented by considerate modern touches and a range of facilities – see individual room details for a complete list.

All bathrooms feature Carrara marble and a range of courtesy products.

The large windows of Il Capriccio, the hotel's restaurant, allow for a view of the spectacular fountain below. Healthy, natural cuisine (Italian and international) is served in its own imaginative and masterly style. The wine list offers an excellent assortment of wines: Italian whites, reds and rosés, divided by region, with an excellent house wine always available for those who want something a little simpler. A wide range of spumante and champagne is also available. The whole restaurant can be booked exclusively for private functions. Open to the public every day from 12:30 to 14:30 and 19:30 to 22:30.

Elsewhere on-site, the Caffè Doria is a refined, cosy and welcoming English-style bar that organises exclusive jazz evenings, with a full programme of events. An ideal place to relax alone or in company, a wide selection of aperitifs, cocktails, snacks, whiskies and grappas are available. Jazz concerts take place every Tuesday and Thursday evening, starting at 22:00. Jazz groups take turns playing ragtime and swing classics in a warm, sophisticated atmosphere. The Caffè Doria is open each day from 10:00 to 01:30.

By Car:
From the Tangenziale Est (A51), 2 km:
- Exit at junction 8 (Lambrate) and follow signs for the city centre.
- Continue along Via Rombon and then Via Nicola Antonio Porpora.
- When you reach Piazzale Loreto, turn onto Corso Buenos Aires.
- Take the 2nd major right turn onto Via Giovan Battista Pergolesi.
- When you reach Piazza Caiazzo, take the 1st right onto Via Andrea Doria, where the hotel is situated.

By Train:
From Stazione Centrale (300 metres):
If you do not wish to walk, then taxis are readily available from the station. Alternatively, take the Underground (line 2) towards C.Gobba/Gessate/Cologno Nord. Get off one stop later at Caiazzo, which is around 30 metres from the hotel.

Please note that Loreto Square Underground station is also close to the hotel (50 metres).

By Air:
From Linate (6.5 km) or Malpensa (42 km) Airports:
Taxis are readily available. Alternatively, take the shuttle bus to Stazione Centrale and follow the directions listed above.
