The hotel was lovely. The bar prices very expensive and bar staff need to learn and listen more to what is being requested, saves sending back and having to complain like i did. Apart from this my stay was brilliant and will come again.

An amazing building ,we walked the stair case any one who stays here should do this ,they are beautiful and lovingly kept shining and clean. The breakfast chef was a joy and food v good.
No snacks/nibbles in the bar, but bar staff very efficient.

Although the staff were always polite it appeared that they could have benefitted for further training in some areas as they appeared quite inexperienced. Overall the facilities were good but the room would have benefitted from some form of ventilation.
The overall impression was of cleanliness and airiness and the building itself and the way in which it had been converted was impressive.
Although we had booked a particular package nothing was arranged and we had to request for the aspects of the package at every stage.

Spacious room (second room)and efficient room service.
First room given was adjoining and could hear everything next door.
