Each individually furnished en suite room is named after a Cheshire village. The majority have brass or four-poster beds and all offer a comfortable, welcoming and well-equipped retreat.

As part of the hotel’s recent refurbishment, the award winning Coach House Restaurant has been remodelled and re-launched. Newly decorated in a contemporary and yet classical style, the restaurant is light and airy.

The Coach House Restaurant offers fine dining and has received an AA Rosette for the outstanding preparation of its food and the good quality of the ingredients it uses. With a new improved à la carte menu, the restaurant offers modern international delicacies such as roast loin of venison with red cabbage, fondant potato and bitter chocolate sauce or local braised lamb, with potato galette and confit duck faggot.

Private dining facilities are also available, with rooms suitable for anything from 2 to 85 guests. Private dining is available in the bright conservatory and in the wood-panelled library, rich in character.

The lounge bar offers a calm place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or an after-dinner nightcap.

Located just under 2 miles (3.2 km) from Manchester Airport, Etrop Grange is ideal as a stopover for those on their way to the airport. A complimentary chauffeur-driven service to and from the airport is available to guests.

Just a short drive away (11 miles/17.5 km) is Old Trafford football stadium, the home of Manchester United. Nicknamed the Theatre of Dreams, this impressive stadium has a capacity of over 76,000.

Manchester city centre is just 8 miles (13 km) from the hotel. The city is famous for its legendary music and club scene, its excellent designer shopping, its nightlife, and the reintroduced trams. The city has award-winning museums, galleries and theatres. There are also many restaurants, stylish cafe bars and pubs with live music.

Quarry Bank Mill is a National Trust property and is just 5 miles (8 km) from the hotel. Situated within the Styal Country Estate, Quarry Bank was founded in 1784. Today, the museum offers a fascinating insight into the lives of mill workers.

For a variety of events and leisure activities, Tatton Park is only 12 miles (19 km) away.

The Cheshire Plains and the stunning natural beauty of the Peak District are a short drive away.

By Air:
The hotel is approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) from Manchester Airport. A complimentary chauffer-driven transfer service is available for guests of the hotel.

By Car (from the M56 motorway):
- Leave the M56 at junction 5 and follow the signs towards Terminal 2 of Manchester Airport.
- Go up the slip road and take the first left off the roundabout (do not go towards the terminal).
- After 70 metres, turn left.
- The hotel is about 365 metres further on, on the right-hand side.

By Train:
The hotel is approximately 0.5 miles (0.8 km) from Manchester Airport railway station. Taxis are readily available from just outside the station.
