Staff very good, hotel was good, breakfast was excellent. The pick-up service was good.
I was told on the website that I would have to pay the hotel on departure, for the room. I found out that the room rate had in fact been taken from my credit card. I found this to be a little mis-leading. Just a point for you to note.

My stay was so short only for a few hours as I left at 6.45a.m. Didn't use the facilities.
The main problem I had was waiting for the shuttle, to go to the
hotel, almost an hour at 12.3o midnight, wasn't very pleasant waiting
alone at a bus stop. May be you could have more buses???
Also I ask if breakfast was included, and was told it was, only in the morning did I find out, there was a payment to be made......

Things need upgrading ie rooms, reception, food choice

Close to airport. Close to many restaurants. Small but comfortable room.
Public areas such as corridors and the lifts badly in need of upgrading to match the quality of the rooms.

Enjoyed our stay (2nd time)just a little noisy, however, they were excited children. At least it stopped before midnight. Rooms are on the small side but ok for 1 night. Would stop there again |

Overall it wasn't bad. The shower didn't have water presure and so couldn't take a proper shower.
That there was a shuttle and also that is is close to the airport
