- Take the line 4 towards Argüelles.
- Get off in Serrano.
- Then, leave the underground and take Serrano Street.
- Follow the signs towards Puerta de Alcalá.
- After you pass the Archaeological Museum, turn right at the second street, Gil de Santivañes, where the hotel is located.
By car:
- Take Serrano Street.
- Continue along this road until you pass the Plaza de Colón and Archaeological Museum.

By train:
