Stayed at this hotel for one night.Check in was fast and efficient.The staff were friendly and nothing seemed to be to much trouble.We stayed in a king room at the front of the hotel which would recommend. All in all we throughly enjoyed our stay which we have found with all radisson edwardian hotels.

Overall, comfortable, clean and safe for a woman on her own - I would recommend.
I was grateful for being transferred promptly from my first room, which was extremely noisy, to one which was much quieter and a lot nicer. The bathroom was excellent - plenty of hot water and very well fitted. The staff at this hotel are always polite, which makes a very pleasant change from some London hotels.
Apart from the very noisy party, I was disappointed that breakfast was not included. The lifts were a bit iffy - one did break down a couple of times. And my bedside light didn't work. But these are minor points.
