Central location for our weekend away
The resolution on the television screen needs fixing. The runners on the sky news were unreadable and navigating around the internet screens was virtually impossible. There are also no instructions for using the television and its services. Had to resort to switching to standby and back on again to get a ociture to come up properly.

Clean adequate bedroom,a little cramped.Bathroom clean and well stocked.On the minus side the lift to the first floor was out of action during our stay which made it hard going for me a heart man.Breakfast room very nice,food also.A special mention for the concierge who went out of his way to help us with our various queries,keep him and nurture him,the likes are in short supply these days. |

The location was excellent the room was fine, however the housekeeping was not good, they left dirty towels and dishware in the room after cleaning, and no extra Towels were left.. Had to request Towels daily..

This is the best hotel for travelers. Best plase. Good rooms.
My roon was beautiful. This hotel for active rest, because SOHO is very noisy plase, but very interesting one.
Some rooms are very small.

Overall nice but the lobby is not at all welcoming and the bar non existant. For a hotel of that category there really should be a nice lobby and a nice bar. The rooms are nice and oomfortable but noisy. |
