Very clean, updated interior, with very friendly staff. Great location (subway entrance outside front door), walking distance from bus tours at Marques do Pombal roundabout. Very good breakfast with a pleasant view from upper floor.
No parking, but underground municipal parking within walking distance (hotel will arrange special rate for 24-hour parking).

The hotel was excellent. It is near the town so we did not need to use public transport which is very good. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable. We also liked the breakfast and the staff were kind. We hope to come again soon. And we will make sure that our friends come there too.
We did not like that you dont have the parking because the public parking was very expensive.

I really enjoyed staying in America Diamond's hotel and would definitely consider it as one of the hotels to stay whilst in Lisbon.
I liked the room I stayed in and the location was very convenient
I was surprised there was no hot water to shower with before I could check out.

Loved the hydro bath.Very relaxing.Buffet breakfast was very good also

Nice hotel with good location. Breakfast was better than we expected, though same stuff every morning. 15 minutes from the airport by taxi, and stairs to metro station go down from hotel's main door. Good price/quality (at least for our discounted price, about 90 eur for junior suite). Rooms and bathrooms are way smaller than they appear on promo pics. |

Found the hotel in excellent condition, staff very friendly and helpful, hotel was located in a great location for the bus from the airport, the Metro at the door and the bus stop at the door. The hot breakfast that was included was excellent and we found price of the hotel was excellent for the level of hotel and services.
Location, helpful staff and clean, comfortable rooms.

The hotel is well localized and comfortable and clean, but is not very safe. My cell phone desapeared after I left it at the room and went out for sightseeing.
Location, cleanliness, most of the recepcionists.
I didn`t like the lack of security, one day I forgot to put my cell phone inside the locker and it desapeared, and also the food, the food is always the same, everyday
