Room information :

Spacious rooms situated in the ground floor. Some of them with bathroom adapted for wheelchairs. All with piped music.

We also offer differently sized apartments with capacity for 2 to 6 people. The apartments on the ground floor have a solarium-patio.

Food & beverage :

You can have a taste of the local Mediterranean cuisine at the restaurant while enjoying beautiful beach views. Alternatively, you can have a drink at the bar’s terrace located in the pool area.

Area information :

Just a few metres away from the hotel, walk along the seaside or up to the nature reserve El Molino.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the Hospital S. Jaime and 7 minutes from Torrevieja centre and the commercial area. Also near Torrevieja, you will find various golf courses. There is a bus stop outside the hotel with departures every 20 minutes.

In the vicinity of the hotel, you will find a wellness centre, post office, banks and a variety of shops.

By Car:

From La Mata:
- Once you reach the roundabout located at the entrance of La Mata, continue until the end of the street Virgen del Carmen (you can see the sea).
- Turn right, continue and turn right in the 3rd street (Avda. de Los Daneses).
- Then turn left in the 1st street and again turn left in the 1st street (Avda. de Los Holandeses).
- Continue straight ahead until you reach the promenade. The hotel is located on the left hand side.

Cancellation Policy:	If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:	All children are welcome. All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

VAT and city/tourist taxes:	7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Meal Plan:	Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.42 per person per night. Breakfast costs EUR 3.21 per night per child under 12 years.
