Deutsche Emaillewaren-Fabrik (1 km) – This ordinary grey three-storey building is still used as an electronics factory. During the Second Wold War, the factory manufactured enamelware. Oskar Schindler, a German industrialist from Czechoslovakia, saved Jews from the concentration camps by employing them in this factory.
The Eagle Pharmacy (0.25 km) – This small museum provides a fascinating insight into life in the Jewish ghetto during wartime, with a small collection of exhibits including photographs, documents and letters. The museum is located in the former ghetto pharmacy, which was run by Tadeusz Pankiewicz, the only Pole who lived in the ghetto from the moment it was established until its end.
Fort of Saint Benedict (0.8 km) – The nearby St Benedict’s church dates back to the 11th or 12th century. The fort itself is the oldest of the forts that remain from the ancient Krakow fortifications and was built in the years 1853-56.
Church of Saint Josef (0.2 km) – This large and striking brick neo-gothic church is on the Market Square of Podgórze.

By Train:
Tram numbers 34 and 13 run regularly from the train station to the tram stop Plac Bohaterów Getta, which is very close to the hotel. The number 10 tram runs from the train station to Korona , which is the nearest tram stop to the hotel. The number 502 bus also runs from the train station to Korona.
By Air:
The number 192 bus runs regularly from Krakow's John Paul II International Airport in Balice to Plac Inwalidów. The number 8 or number 38 tram runs from Plac Inwalidów to Korona.
A taxi from the airport to the hotel costs about PLN 50 (approximately EUR 12-13).
