The bus drop-off is too far from the hotel entrance and we were disappointed that there was no tea/coffee making facility in the room

I travel with a disabled sports team. The accessable rooms were excellent and we will be staying at this hotel again when in Frankfurt. Internet access was very reasonably priced. Sauna and pool were enjoyable.
Pool needed a minor cleaning but did not deter me from using it.
