Ottoman Hotel Imperial has the most spacious hotel rooms in the old town. Our rooms have been recently refurbished with oriental, elegant and comfortable furnishings. Ottoman Hotel Imperial offers 4 different types of rooms and suites catering to every need.

You can relax and enjoy the unique atmosphere of our comfortable rooms over a glass of Turkish wine or Turkish tea, while meeting the excellent Turkish hospitality.

Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily from 7 AM to 11 PM, 'Sadrazam Restaurant' is situated in the garden area. The restaurant offers buffet-style service with a wide variety of Turkish and international cuisine. In the summer you can also relax in the garden with a refreshing aperitif and a tasty snack.

Another restaurant is the “Padisah Restaurant' that combines fine dining with stunning views of the “Caferaga Medrese”, the historical handicraft centre built by the world famous Ottoman architect Sinan in 1576. This stylish restaurant, serving innovative Turkish and Istanbul cuisine is situated on the 2nd floor of the garden area with unrivalled views of the historical “medrese” specially lightened during the evenings. For a real gourmet experience, taste our special gourmet menu offering the best examples of Turkish cuisine with a traditional interpretation. The restaurant is open daily from 7 PM to 01:00 AM.

For drinks you can go to the Saltanat Bar, which is open daily from 9 AM to 12 AM and is located on the main floor just next to the Reception and Lobby area. Recognized as the old city's most stylish meeting place, it serves all kind of international & local drinks. Saltanat Bar will welcome you with its warm atmosphere, creative drinks and special cocktails for different seasons.
