DeberÃan mejorar la calefacción mediante climatizadores, que mantengan
constante la temperatura de la habitación. La ducha no desaguaba bien.

THE ROOM WAS AWFULLY SMALL, THERE WAS NO SPACE TO PUT OUR LUGGAGE.
MOREOVER,
THEY WERE RENOVATING THE HOTEL FACADE AND WORKERS WERE BANGING ON THE WALLS FORM
7 AM.
I HAD TO CALL 4 TIMES THE MANAGER IN ORDER TO MAKE THEM STOP.
THE LOCATION
NEVERTHELESS WAS EXCELLENT.
WE ASKED FOR A SPACIOUS ROOM BUT ALL WE GOT WAS A A
LOUSY SMALL ROOM.

Non posso dire nulla a proposito della permanenza nella Boutique Pierre Loti,
perché non ci sono stata. Infatti solo al mio arrivo in albergo, e questa
cosa è molto seccante, sono stata informata di problemi idraulici proprio nei
bagni delle camere a noi riservate (avrebbero potuto informarmi via e-mail
almeno qualche giorno prima). Dunque, siamo stati dirottati (eravamo due coppie)
presso un altro hotel non scelto da noi e piuttosto misero in verità . Inoltre
abbiamo avuto problemi con la carta di credito a voi lasciata a garanzia.
L'accordo era: pagamento diretto in hotel. Invece mi sono vista addebitare in
anticipo il pagamento dell'albergo in cui non sono stata. Spiacevole esperienza
che spero non si ripeta. Invito i viaggiatori che dovessero leggermi ad
accertarsi della disponibilità dell'albergo prima della
partenza.

The staff were excellent, breakfast was varied, and the location was fantastic
