    Die Lage des hotels ist suuuuper! Die Mitarbeiter freundlich, die zimmer sehr
    schön und immer sauber, frühstücksbuffet gut und ausreichend. wir
    besuchen isanbul sicher wieder und werden im SAPPHIR absteigen!!!!!!

    i really think you should re-look at furniture setup in all rooms. does not meet
    international standards.

    Although not modern the hotel was kept very clean, the bedroom cleaned well and
    early daily. Breakfast was varied and well presented. Attention from the front
    desk was always helpful and pleasant. The situation was excellent and we were
    able to walk to all the places we wanted to go to despite our age. The price we
    considered to give us excellent value for money.

    • Excellent service from all employees, in particular from Mr.Harun and the other desk staff. 
    • For elderly people the bath was very difficult to get into and out of.

    Exteremely helpful and considerate staff. Excellent breakfasts. Nice views of
    the bosphorus from the terrace. Minutes from the main attractions and the ferry
    boats.

    It is a nice, comfy hotel with a friendly staff.It is a very good value for the
    money you spend.
