Closeness to the airport
No access from car hire businesses, had to walk with luggage across the road, along the front of the hotel down the side then along the back to the entrance, ridiculous! Key didn't work in door, had to wait for maintenance, room smelled of cigarettes even though it was non-smoking, hairdryer was broken and taped up with insulating tape but still didn't work.

First, its near the airport with easy access and secondly, the breakfast was excellent.
There was no iron and iron stand for which i had to ask and on my arrival day, my entrance card was not working and i had to go to counter twice & still they were insisting that card in working. Later, the card found to be corrupt.

We were made to feel very welcome and the room was clean and well fitted with all we needed for an overnight stay. The food was excellant too. We will come again
We were not told that we had to pay to take the bus to the airport and it did take 40 mins to get to termianl 5

The staff were well trained and made you feel welcome. The hotel was very efficiently run without long queues to check in or out.
The hotel was great but getting to it from the terminals was not.
I had to wait 40 minutes for the bus and it was £4 cash each way. I know you are not responsible for the time-keeping but it would be good if the charge for the bus could be paid as part of the hotel booking; I know this would require an e-ticket but that is hardly unusual these days. As I was travelling on business, I now will have to fill out a second expenses claim which is not how I choose to spend my time. To summarise, I liked the hotel but the 'courtesy bus'.

The comfortable rooms. The hotel bedrooms are to a high standard. Also the taxi/chauffeur service from the hotel to the airport was excellent.
Finding the hotel was difficult and locating the reception was a problem.

The convenience to the airport was excellent. So was the price and facilities.
I think the cost of English Breakfast was prohibitive, and for the same price I noticed other hotels included the breakfast.

We in our 60's but still love to travel. We tend to break up our longer trips by having an overnight and a days rest before going on. The Holiday Inn London Heathrow is ideal for that. We will be overnighting there again this coming weekend.
On doing further research I discovered that competitors for the same price were including a continental breakfast.
