During the peak season, from the 30 June to 31 August the reservations must be made from Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights.
The hotel is situated in the town formerly known as Gölköy, which was officially merged with nearby Türkbükü (1 km) in 1999 and renamed Göltürkbükü. Today the area is popular for the blue-flagged Aegean beaches on the Gölköy coast.
The hotel is situated just 50 metres from the centre of town and only 800 metres from the renowned Palm Lake.
Of the 33 rooms on offer at the Villa Kılıç Hotel, there are 20 standard rooms (29 m²), 8 junior suites (43 m²) and 5 suites (60 m²). All have a view of the swimming pool. Standard rooms offer a massage-shower, while suites also offer whirlpool baths.
