Helpful staff and comfortable room in a good location.
Our room was at the rear of the hotel near a very noisy aircondition unit. We had to keep the window closed because of the noise, which sounded like an aeroplane, meaning the room was very stuffy.

The location was great. I came by train and it was just a five minute walk to the hotel.
Rooms facing to Bath Street are a litlle loud, but still ok.

It was very beautiful, the staff were really friendly and it was exactly what it said it would be, no hidden surprises.
The food stopped being served before ten which is not good if your a late eater.
