Looking for sites to see? Go to St Paul's Church, Frankfurt Cathedral, Romer and the Goethe-House. In terms of the best times to go, stay away from winter. Winters in Frankfurt are cold and wet. Summers are hot, but it will sometimes rain.

If you want to try some of the worlds best white wines, go see the local wineries along the Mosel river. Some are sweet, some are dry, but they are all delightful.
