Staff, they were all very helpful and pleasant, Flannery's is very lucky to have them. Next trip to Galway, I certainly will stay at Flannery's.

Quiet hotel due to location, Galway city centre is very noisy at weekends.

We know from past experience that the Irish people are very friendly and your staff were no exception so friendly and helpful in anything we enquired about.
We also know that every room in any hotel cant always have a view and we accept that but removing the old tanks and things along the back and maybe having a few plants or shrubs would do a lot for this area. I know, more expense!

Attended a function in Galway bay hotel
Some of us were in the smoking rooms which had one double and one single which were really drab and old fashioned and smelled really badly of smoke. The double rooms are much nicer and more modern and spacious.
