Enjoyed the hotel but was dissapointed with Frankfurt and in particular the local information from the hotel.
Location and style were very good
Lack of information about the city but this also applied throughout Frankfurt

We felt very comfortable at the Frankfurter Hof and found the staff extremely helpful, particularly the concierge who spent time helping us organise day trips and providing us with S bahn timetable information, and always doing this in a very friendly manner. |
