Shuttle was free and helped me with bags

You need to improve communication between Reception and Airport Shuttle Bus driver. This is what happened:
I called to be picked up and Reception said: the Bus should be there by the exit door but it was not there. Reception said: if he is not there he will have to come back around or you need to wait 30 min until he comes back. I told him I would call again in 5 minutes and that I was tired and did not want to wait 30 min. I called 5 minutes later and Reception tells me: you will have to wait 30 min or pay for your own taxi. As I was talking to Reception, I see the bus standing and waiting for me. Reception should not have assumed that the driver had arrived and left without checking; he should have called the driver to see where he was exactly and then tell me to look for it and not make all these assumptions.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was helpful.
The young man at the front desk named F. Greiner was very helpful and went out of his way to assist me when I needed it.
The air conditioning was not very good in my room.

Room itself was clean, bathroom had a big piece of candy stuck to the floor.
