Esch-sur-Sûre has retained its original charm thanks to its medieval castle, its ancient church and its green setting.
A peaceful spot in the heart of the Haute-Sûr Natural Park, with 90 km of marked footpaths and a number of idyllic view points.
Upstream from the village is the barrage and lake, frequented by water sport enthusiasts. The lake is ringed with beautiful beaches.
