Negroponte Resort Eretria is situated next to the sea, with its total area comprising of 11, 000 m². It is 3 km away from the historic town of Eretria.

Negroponte takes its name from the Venetian name of the city of Chalkis. Inspired by that romantic era, Negroponte was created as a comfortable and modern hotel, resting in perfect harmony with its environment.

For business events and special occasions, the resort provides private outdoor areas next to the pool, overlooking the sea. For indoor events there are 4 multi-functional rooms, with a capacity for 55-320 people.

Negroponte Resort also provides a basket ball, tennis court and mini football pitch, all of which are floodlit. For children, there is a designated pool and play area. For further relaxation, the hotel has a separate TV room.

Each room has a veranda with panoramic views.

Food & beverage :

The traditionally Greek restaurant can hold up to 500 people and enjoys a sea view veranda. The lobby bar also boasts a spectacular view over the coast, as well as an open fire for the colder months.

Area information :

The small, modern town of Eretria is built along the western shores of Evia. It boasts a natural harbor and is dominated by the verdant Nisi ton Oniron (Island of Dreams), a popular tourist area. The Island of Dreams is joined to the town by a picturesque bridge.

During your stay you can visit the ancient theatre, the Archaeological Museum of Eretria, the ancient temples of Dionysus, Dimitra, Apollo Daphnephoros (Laurel Bearer), as well as the ancient Tholos, the Macedonian Tomb and the Purple Dye-House.

Cancellation Policy:	If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy:	All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy:	No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes:	9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
Meal Plan:	Breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs EUR 22.00 per person per night.
Pets:	Pets are not allowed.
Creditcards:	The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
