The apartments are fitted with the most up to date equipment and include wall and floor finishes of the highest quality which provide exceptional standards of comfort. Attention to detail has been at the forefront of the interior design of the building; from the extensive range of integrated kitchen equipment, through to the crisp white sheets and soft fluffy towels.

You can prepare a gourmet dinner for you and your guests in the carefully planned kitchen. The beds have been handmade to specification to provide you with the soundest of sleeps, and the sofas are large and inviting - ideal to sink into after a hectic day at work or play. Every apartment has an entertainment console that includes a selection of CDs and DVDs for your enjoyment.

The hi-fi has an extension speaker in the bathroom, allowing you to lie in the bath and listen to your favourite tracks. There are direct dial telephones with handsets in the lounge and bedrooms. Each apartment has its own voicemail facility. A second telephone line can be made available as an analogue or digital connection. In addition to the facilities already mentioned your apartment has a trouser press, available on request.

Until September 2009, all one bedroom apartments will overlook a construction site. Windows have privacy curtains and are double glazed but some noise disturbance may be experienced midweek between 08:00 and 18:00. Edinburgh is a lively city until the small hours of the morning, particularly at weekends; one bedroom apartments are street-facing whilst two bedroom apartments are rear-facing and are generally very peaceful.
