The area around Duszniki Zdrój has been known for the health-giving properties of its waters since at least the late Middle Ages. The spa was officially founded in 1769. The naturally sparkling waters of Duszniki are used in the treatment of a variety of illnesses, including cardiac problems and gastric problems. There are also a number of facilities for balneology in Duszniki, as well as a treatment centre for osteoporosis.

The Paper Musuem (3 km) - The clear mountain water of the river led to the establishment of a paper mill over 400 years ago. Though it has undergone many changes in the intervening years, Duszniki Zdrój is still home to a working paper mill. The on-site museum, illustrating the mill’s evolution over the years, is well worth a visit.

By Car (From Wrocław):
- From road number 8 (E67), take the exit for Duszniki.
- Enter Duszniki and turn right at the Paper Museum into Wojska Polskiego Street. The hotel is signposted, as is Duszniki Zdrój.
- After 2 km, at the end of Zdrojowy Park, the hotel is on the left-hand side.

Parking:
The hotel’s car park is available for guests’ use, free of charge. The car park is locked at night.
