Beach facilities and water sports are available at our sister property, Kempinski Hotel Ajman at an additional cost. Alternatively Jumeirah Beach is only a few minutes from the hotel. Transportation can be arranged upon request.

The hotel features four handicapped rooms, which are available upon request. Most public areas feature ramps and are accessible by wheelchair.

Pets are not allowed with the exception of seeing-eye dogs.

Aspen Café: The interactive and casual spirit of this lobby café ads up to the freshness of the place, which serve special Kempinski deli offerings among other menu items. For either eat-in or take away, in addition to a wide array of beverages and coffee and tea delicacies.

1897 Bar: The elegant wood and dim light complement the rich atmosphere at this clubby lounge which offers a wide variety of drinks, cocktails, liquors and light meals, combined with live entertainment.

Mosaic Bar: Located on the pool deck, partially in the overflowing swimming pool with views over Jumeirah skyline and the Arabian Gulf, offering a variety of freshly squeezed fruit cocktails, smoothies, selective alcoholic beverages and light snacks.

Vitamins Bar: Located next to the Health and Fitness Centre, it is the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing drink or guilt free snack to boost your energy after rigorous exercise.

Sezzam Dining: The true showstopper with a unique restaurant concept; located at the pulsing interconnection between the shopping mall, Ski Dubai and the Hotel. The 935 seat restaurant features three cooking methods as opposed to ethnic cuisines.

Evory Lounge: Trendy bar, functioning as a quiet escape during the afternoon and early evening; gradually transforming into a comfortable bar with live entertainment.

From Dubai Airport:
-travel towards Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi.
-From Sheikh Zayed road ( main throughfare), take exit 39 towards the Mall of the Emirates in order to reach the hotel.

Taxis are readily available at the airport and the hotel and one way to the airport costs approximately AED 70. Prices vary depending on car type, time of day and number of passengers.

Abu Dhabi airport is approximately 120 km (1.5 hours) away from the hotel.

A security deposit or pre-authorization on the guest credit card is taken upon arrival. Full payment of the stay is required upon departure or during the stay. Late check-out fees apply after 12:00 noon.

Transportation to/from the airport can be arranged at an additional cost in a luxury limousine with prior request.
